The continuous dough sheeter and roller transforms bulk mixed dough into uniform, seamless sheets with exact caliper thickness. Featuring heavy-duty hard-chrome finished stainless steel roller cylinders, dough is progressively compressed without tearing or trapping air voids within the starch matrix.

The continuous dough sheeter and roller transforms bulk mixed dough into uniform, seamless sheets with exact caliper thickness. Featuring heavy-duty hard-chrome finished stainless steel roller cylinders, dough is progressively compressed without tearing or trapping air voids within the starch matrix.
Sheet thickness is micro-adjustable via precision hand levers from 0.8 mm to 5.0 mm. This sheeter operates flawlessly either as a standalone workstation or integrated directly into automated conveyor lines feeding downstream high-speed rotary cutters.
